Just wondering if anyone has any experience fishing the pier in Rosarito? It looks like I will be there for a few days in a few weeks and pier
fishing is one of my favorite things to do.

Dude.....the first 1/3rd of the pier is open for public access. Last time I walked out there, people were fishing. Didn't pay much attention to what
