I want to say a big heartfelt thank-you to both Doug Means and all of the Baja Nomads for their support over the years and especially this year. To
say that 2009 has been tough is an understatement.....we have had drug cartel violence in the media constantly, the swine flu scare, new passport
requirements starting in June and an overall bad economy.
Since the beginning of October though, things seem to have rapidly turned around. Sales are back up and we have insured a whole bunch of people
heading to Mexico. I know a big part of that is due to the Nomads, and I am grateful for all this forum does. Muchisimas gracias!
I'll be pitting with the Mag7 crew at Borrego Junction this weekend, so feel free to stop in and say "hey" if you are in the area. Don't forget to
grab some tacos from the Locos Mocos stand at Borrego too....it is a fundraiser for Mexican children with cancer.
See you in Baja!noproblemo2 - 11-17-2009 at 04:08 PM

Glad to hear business is better Doug. If I get any slower, I am going to close up and move down to my house full time. Cruise through the ejido on the
hill and say hi sometime!DianaT - 11-18-2009 at 09:52 AM
Especially since you help support the forum with your ads, it is good that this forum brings you some business---I hope a lot more will come your way.
Your people are good to work with by phone and by e-mail. While we hope we NEVER have to make a claim, we feel confident that we would get the same
good service.
Just a suggestion, maybe besides your paid ad, maybe post a little more often---keeps your name fresh in people's mind and others do receive a lot of
business that way.
Sure hope this year works well for you----and this all reminds me that our insurance needs to be renewed soon.

Darn you look pretty honest for an Insurance Broker
I look like a felon which has made it tough for me the last 35 years.
I'm looking forward to turning in my Brokers license for a 12 month Mexican fishing license.
A little stand-up comedian time to fill in the non-fishing time also.BajaGeoff - 11-18-2009 at 11:09 AM
Hehe. I think you missed your calling as a comedian Paladin!
