This comes up on the page that would otherwise inform that the attachment was too large. Mine is 45 kb.
MySQL has encountered an unknown error. To find out the exact problem, please set the DEBUG flag to true in header.php.

Probably need to change the name of the image. I'm guessing it's got an apostrophe character in it - or something like that.
