When ever I get a client on a jobsite who cannot deal with a deadline or delay to move-in to their space.. Both designers and contractors included.. I
have a saying over the last twenty plus years I tell them..
'Don't worry..the sun will always come up over Carmen tomorrow"... They look at me 
Then I send them an image,,and all is well..

I think he came by here today also, but he ducked behind Las Gigantas so fast I'm not too sure.
