Is this correct.....I needn't to license my 14 boat but to license everyone in the boat with a fishing license.
".....Effective January 2008, boat fishing permits are no longer required for vessels practicing sportfishing in Mexican waters".

No boat permit required. Need current U.S. state tags, and yes, a Mexican licence for everyone on the boat. Be awre of and understand the limits.
