Off to San Felipe for Christmas! So, what is the best thing to have for dinner at a Baja Christmas?

Roast Buzzard, stuffed with tender young Nopal cactus and Herbas Malas.
For side dishes one should consider baby zanahorias smothered in Tequila and lime, Calabacitas smothered in margarine and dipped in Tequila, Chaote
lightly steamed in Tequila, and finished off with ice cream smothered in lots of Kahlua. Of course since you wasted all that Tequila on the
preparation of dinner, you may have to serve cold Tecate in the can.
