The wife and I are crossing north into California at Tecate right after X mas. We are inmigrados and the wife is applying for citizenship next year.
Therefor she is determined to keep everything legit and get our exit and re entry stamps as required.
Question: Where would be the easiest location to get the exit stamp? Tecate, Guerrero Negro or Ensenada?
And to go with an answer, I would like parking information and office location.

If yes, then you don't need an exit stamp as you won't be asked upon your return. I know this isn't the answer you're looking for but in reality, no
migration official north of loreto cares whether you check in or out.

If there is someone working the state border on the highway by Guererro Negro they can stamp you out, and then back in when you are going south. But
they aren't always there in the evening, so if you miss them you've missed your chance on your return.
Maybe you can get stamped out there, and then get stamped in as you cross back into Mexico?

Last time I flew in to Loreto (last September) the immigration official said I need to get an exit stamp and the red form when I leave, even if I
leave by car. I told him that's hard to do at the border, and he said I can do it at the Loreto office when I leave town. So you might ask there.

If there is no one at the GN border, then Tecate is probably your best bet. When our FM3s were new we used Tecate. We parked on the US side at the
paid lot on the west side of the street and walked across. It is an easy walking crossing. Did the same thing for one exit stamp.
The office is on the same side you cross and you cannot miss it. We think they have best attitude.
