Not sure if this is where this should be, but was trying to learn about the structure of the Mexican Government and found this.. the site has a wealth of information about all of Mexico.. and in particular some very interesting information on the "land's" history

Can't get the google translation link up.. to big..

http://www.e-local.gob.mx/work/templates/enciclo/bajacalifor...

use this one and then translate... very interesting reading, and a lot of information

Was using Safari, and it came up ok.. could not get the other link to fit when trying to post.. have asked Doug for instruction, which I know I saw at least a month ago... on how to get the entire "link" to come up on the post.. any help would make a lot easier for folks.. it's a lot of really cool information about Baja/Mexico.. you can get to each State and Municipalities of Mexico.. also the home page is Mexico's State Congress..

give this one a try

Can't get to that one either. Let me try to search with the info you've given.
