TIJUANA — A suspect wanted in connection with a 2007 stabbing death in San Diego was arrested Monday outside Ensenada by members of the Baja
California State Preventive Police.
Oscar Sarabia, 34, is accused of killing a man on Oct. 14, 2007, on Jouglard Street near Gilmartin Drive in the Bay Terraces neighborhood. Police
reported that Sarabia and the victim were at a party and began arguing. Sarabia, who was from El Cajon, is accused of stabbing the other man after
they stepped outside, then fleeing the scene.
Sarabia was apprehended in the community of El Sauzal. He he had no comment late Monday when he was presented to reporters in Tijuana. He will be
turned over to U.S. authorities, according to Baja California’s Public Safety Secretariat.
