This is what I do while smoking a Turkey on my Weber.... lay some bacon strips on top and eat as an appetizer. Unbelievable taste - using apple wood
for the smoke... yeah!

Lera, I think it's Farmer John's - it's usually on sale too! We got lucky and picked up a great slab last time. It's really yummy off the turkey
(with apple wood smoke). Your guests will be amazed at the presentation! Ha ha.

FYI the Kirkwood bacon at Costco is pretty tasty.
