NOW is the time to circle the wagons. If you are one of those that was told your claim was refused because your house was of inferior construction
(or for any other reason), and you wish to try the arbitration process, join us and send us your contact information. Use the email address-

File a complaint with Comision Nacional de Seguros.
Also, I don't think Art. 70 means that they didn't have enough hinformation to make a determiantion. It means that if you intentionally lied or
withheld information about your property (if you perpetrated a fraud in acquiring the policy), then the ins. co. doesn't have to pay. Ordinarily, the
ins. co. would have a burden of proof that this is so. Very easy for an adjuster to walk away and say "I'm washing my hands of this whole thing."
Was probably told to do exactly that. And, if you're saying you don't have a policy detailing coverage and exclusions with more particularity, they
don't either. So what DO they have which would exclude coverage? Nothing. Pay a kid to hand out flyers in front of the bank stating not to buy
insurance from them because theiy are fraudulent policies. Is there a newspaper? Report your story. Complain to the head office of BANCOMER. Switch
insurance companies. Cancel your accounts.
Punta Chivato...where are you????

Have not heard anything from anyone yet at Punta Chivato. Was there no damage claims with Bancomer from Jemina out there ???
