We had some booming-loud 15 foot sets come in all day. Not even the jet-ski surfers were out here... it must have been 20 feet or more somewhere else
I guess.ELINVESTIG8R - 1-13-2010 at 04:54 PM

Hey Woody you mentioning the town of 29 Palms sure brought back memories. Many years ago I was stationed at M.C.A.G.C.C., Twentynine Palms California.
God I loved the Stumps! I lived off of Samarkand Drive back then and every time it rained the street ran like a fast moving river. I once moonlighted
as a bartender at the Adobe Deli. It used to be a great watering hole for many people! Back in the day when I was a drinking man I used to go drinking
at a Country Western bar we called the "Cow Palace" and I also positively loved to eat and drink at the 29 Palms Inn. Ahhhh what memories!woody with a view - 1-13-2010 at 05:34 PM
El
all those places still exist. Stumps is a full on "sword fight" but the bartender is pretty cute. we're building 2 battalion ops centers right now....
REALLY WINDY today!ELINVESTIG8R - 1-13-2010 at 05:42 PM

A not-so-secret spot in Northern Baja going off with just a few people out! This was from two days ago...supposed to be even bigger today, and another
huge swell is hitting early next week!
