Nomads,
A friend rode through Gonzaga a day or two ago and said there was no gas there....I assume he looked for it at the Pemex and at the place west of the
road...
Is this the usual," Si, no hay" on a short or long term basis????
Sometimes I know the Pemex is out for a few days at a time....what is the status on this??
Looking for facts, not opinions
Gracias

Ged, I would advize to never count on any one gas location in Baja... south of San Felipe or El Rosario.
Next gas maybe, but usually for sure beyond Gonzaga is from cans at the L.A. Bay jcn or Cataviņa.

David,
Yep, I never count on it....but like to narrow down options. That's why I have a 25 litre tank on my bike and not the stock 9 litres
I can get from San Felipe to Catavina on one tank I think....my buddies have smaller tanks....
The Chapala junction frequently/sometimes has barrel gas...
Again, anybody know the Gonzaga details "this week"
P.S. David....thanks for the opinion

A buddy who has a place at Puertecitos and is there a lot told me yesterday that the PEMEX there is open 0900 to 1900 daily.
