Hi All-
First post, hello everyone!
I am looking for a good mechanic in Ensenada to put a new clutch (gonna bring the part with me) on my '92 Toyota pickup truck. One who is not too far
off the beaten path would be preferred.
Thanks

Welcome to BajaNomad, SC. What are your details? Are you here now? Is the truck here? Can you move it? Are you rich? Do you drink Pacifico?

I am in San Diego, the truck is still mobile, I am not rich, and I drink any and all brands of Mexican beer. I enjoy traveling on the Pacific side of
Baja for surfing and fishing
Thanks

OK....Sounds like you qualify.
Just kiddin' with ya.
Well...what do you have in mind? To drive it down and spend a day or two, or what? The reason I ask is I have an A1 mechanic here, but he won't go
into Ensenada so, he could probably do the job at my place. He's done clutches for me in the past and.....well, he's just a good mechanic.
I'm in Punta Banda.

Gilberto is a great mechanic; he rebuilt one of our cars and documented the restoration on a cd.
Good luck to you, GJ

I always refer people I know to Victor. He had a tire place on Lazaro Card##as near Mk Taco. He moved to the other side of Reforma early last year.
You would need to turn left off of Lazaro Card##as onto Delante/Sangines. Go through the intersection at Reforma. Keep driving till at a stop sign,
there is a blue and white wall sign that says something like Collisiones Tijuana. Take a left there and about 40 yards in, there's a mechanic shop.
