I think you can get them in Loreto and Santa Rosalia.
BajaDanD - 2-8-2010 at 12:23 PM
you can get them in Ensenada at the Dept. of Tourisum across the street from Hotel Carona. On the main route "Marina/scenic" going south. It is on
the east side of the street. we park and walk across the street. In and out in 5 minutes.
Or you can get them online.
Or fishermans Landing in SD

BajaDanD - 2-8-2010 at 03:15 PM
There is a Biosphere wrist band daily thingy. You can get them from Shari/Juan when you get there.
bkbend - 2-8-2010 at 03:32 PM
I just got mine from the pesca website above. One week to do by mail. Can get week/month/year license and can designate the start date. It
eliminates any service charge from a third party provider.
BajaDanD - 2-8-2010 at 03:38 PM
Dept of tourisum does not charge service charge.

Even though they charge an extra $10 bucks-ish for a year license, it's a good excuse to buy some much wanted but not needed tackle. Easy access off
the 5 by the airport.
The bonus to the whole deal is that the 24hr Adult World Superstore is right next door.

I think I'll take Derns advice. How does that compare to Anthonys?
Osprey - 2-11-2010 at 08:42 AM
One more time I'll remind everyone that when you buy online, NOB the money goes to CONAPESCA in TJ and stays there. When you buy close to where you
fish, the money goes to FONMAR and helps THAT LOCAL FISHERY. I know, I know, they don't make that part easy for you to help them ---- just a gentle
reminder of how it all works. After that is YOYO.
shari - 2-11-2010 at 08:50 AM
you can get them in Turtle Bay...IF the fisheries officer can be located...IF he doesnt run out of them...IF he has a pen....IF....you get the idea. I
just dont know why our local fisheries guy cant sell em
