What is that???

Just got back from my first trip down in about 3 years. I almost forgot how much I miss baja. Driving home north of Ensenada on the point near the fish rings, there is some sort of a structure that looks pretty inaccessible except by boat or helicopter. Anyone know what that is? I was also amazed at all the very tall condo complexes being built along the coast from Ensenada to Tijuana. Is the building/housing boom back in baja norte or are those unsightly buildings going to sit empty for many years?

Be more specific

Do you mean the homes built high on the cliffs or something ocean side of the cuota?

I think you're talking about the liquefied natural gas storage tanks (used by ships coming in from Asia??)

I'm guessing you're correct, rico.

You should see it at night from across the bay. It's lit up like a mid-size city. They must be generating their own power.

That's it. Muchas gracias.
