Class A motorhome camper needs northern locations advice

Hi all,
I recently got a 34' class A diesel motorhome and I need some ideas on where I could camp for a few days at a time in Northern Baja. Looking at some of the camping threads here tells me some things, but I am concerned about how some of the places are as far as the 'last mile' of road getting to the camping area ( sand and getting a motorhome stuck ) ?
I am OK without hookups but don't want to get too remote, I'd rather be in more of a community surrounding, than a desolate or deserted place.

In the recent past my trips to Baja have been limited to camping and watching the Score races, with a truck. I have no experience with a bigger camper there!
Please advise this Baja motorhome newbie !:D

HI
how far north?
We are 100 miles south of ensenada and have been here for alomost 40 years. not on the beach and not on the hwy. but pretty calm and quite most of the time.
try us. about 4-5 hours from san diego. depends on the time of day and traffic.
anyway where ever you go just drive safe

Welcome to BajaNomad, lesd.

Toscano's at La Bufadora is a nice setting and this time of the year you would probably be the only camper there.
