Does anybody have any info on the new convention center being built by Rosarito? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There is a huge framework for a massive building on the east side of the toll road as you make the dead-mans curve into Rosartio. It's hard to miss
it. Last year they put on and off ramps from the toll road and a new paved road leading to the construction site and named the exit La Perla I think.
It could be the site of the convention building you mention... or a Lowe's.
