This is a well-built, well maintained, 2,878 sq. ft. home just steps from the ocean. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot.
The house has a two car garage for storing all the
beach and off-road toys.

This house has a clean private title insured by First American Title Ins. Co. and an assumable bank trust.

She's an agent and using our members free want adds to do business. I think the agency should be required to sign in as a sponsor.
Edit:
Here's what she/they have posted so far:

too bad somebody scraped the front yard (ocean front side of house). Looks like it once had good native vegetation between house site and waters edge, and now is bare soil.

i recall that just up the beach everything is behind barb wire. isn't this kind of remote home site, with neighborhood prone to break ins by petty thieves?

This place has has been listed for quite some time. It would be nice to know about the seller's motives. On the face of it, if there is clear title, and not just a lease, this does appear to be a very good bargain.
