This is a waterfront home with a commanding view of
the Pacific. Charming stone house set on a knoll in the community of Valle Tranquilo, about 17 miles south of the town of San Quintin. The community of
Valle Tranquilo is on the
transpeninsular highway and is serviced by the federal
power grid and has its own water supply.
This lot has a clear title and qualifies for a bank
trust and title insurance.
My son's in laws have property there and live there as well. They have a high crime rate he told me.. Higher than some of the othr areas.
Is that true?BajaBella - 3-16-2010 at 05:07 PM
Your son would know first hand, living there. Yes, it could be true; the crime rate in this area could be higher than some.irenemm - 3-16-2010 at 05:09 PM
NO my son does not live there. His wifes family lives there.
lots of boat traffic they said.
do you want to sell something to someone with lots of traffic?noproblemo2 - 3-16-2010 at 05:49 PM
Nice looking house, but am surprised they didn't carry the rock theme into the bathroom for a truly unique one.bajabass - 3-16-2010 at 08:39 PM

Are you in the real estate business? Is
that a bad area? Sure is a beautiful house!josie - 3-16-2010 at 09:45 PM
Nice looking place but the roof looks like it might need some work?monoloco - 3-17-2010 at 07:13 AM
The exposed OSB ceilings are a nice touch, not!805gregg - 3-21-2010 at 07:32 PM
That's not a roof, that a chicken coop covering, easy to fix though. Good to see the prices in Baja getting a reality check.Bajahowodd - 3-22-2010 at 12:34 PM
Overall, looks like a great place and a great deal. But, in the one picture, that yellow house- a neighbor? Seems unusually close, given the location.
