All too soon we'll be joining that migration of seasonal workers that heads to Canada for the summer.
Needless to say, we get used to eating Good Fish in Asuncion, and the withdrawal hits hard. Last year we bought 2 tins (pictured below in quantity) of
locally tinned fish--almost as a joke. Well the joke was on us! This is a fantastic product, and we cried that we only had 2 cans.
You can pick it up in Asuncion at the Co-op, or in Viscaino at both Sotres.....
We are taking alot more than is pictured here. Not looking forward to work, but lunches will be great!

Vegemite is made from leftover brewers' yeast extract, a by-product of beer manufacturing, and various vegetable and spice additives.
