Are there any used car dealers in the Rosarito/Tijuana area, or does one have to buy a used car from a private individual?
I'm especially interested in a Ford Mustang but would consider other options.

There are used car lots all over the place in Tijuana. Ensenada as well. Try to find the yellow pages.
These cities also have the Auto Trader. Maybe you can find that online. OXXO stores at the newer gas stations have them.

Some of these cars that come down here are from States, where you do not have to disclose salvage. So buyer beware. Here they don't have that.
They buy in auctions in the States and if the pink slip is marked salvage you are getting a new pink slip issued by the State of Baja. So again Buyer
Beware.
