Besides the rainbows, we have also been flooded twice in the last week by breaks in the municipal water supply which took out our seawall. We are on
a cliff about fifteen feet above high-high tide.

Yikes Jan, I feel for you. Just happened to us back in January, had to rebuild our retaining wall but with tons of rebar this time. The wall that was
