Couldn't hold still for the long exposure but you get the idea. Go out and look.

I thought about trying to capture the full moon last night---it was beautiful, but it has been so cold and windy at night on this side that I opted
for enjoying the moon out the windows. You had some really nice colors with the moon on your side.
You do need a tripod----also, for a long exposure like this, if you, like me, do not have a remote shutter release, set the timer to reduce any
camera movement from pushing down the shutter release. Also, if I remember, I take off the IS and put the mirror up in the camera.

Yeh, yeh, yeh I'm LAZY and getting out the tripod is a pain. If I could even find it.
It's 65º here this morning and a little E. breeze.DianaT - 4-29-2010 at 07:17 AM

At least you admit to being lazy---I only admitted to being too cold.
Chilly this morning, but not as cold as yesterday---we have no weather gauge so I judge the weather by how cold my feet are and if I need to wear
socks with my sandals. Russ - 4-29-2010 at 07:26 AM
Wind picked up, surprise! Now 73º and 15mph E wind. Good day for town

Wind picked up early here also---cold and windy now. Need socks---
Maybe the weather will change before the next full moon so I won't have an excuse for being so lazy. wessongroup - 4-29-2010 at 03:23 PM
The moon's light woke me up this morning... thought the sun was coming up... have to give the tripod a shot this morning.. if I wake up early enough..
was really quite striking
