We sure have had our share of problems here in Mexico with getting coverage and getting meds from San Diego ... having to go back to the states to
see a primary doc just to have years old meds re-prescribed has turned into a nightmare - 3 times the doc said he sent the prescription and 3 times
...NO MEDS 
and then there was the appt scheduler at UCSD who said I was rescheduling too many times when Les kept having to have other procedures done to his
heart (this was in Europe last year) before we felt safe enough to board a flight home 
and then there was the $400 dollars extra, each, we had to pay to book another flight when we postponed our flight home from England (airline did not
want to consider this an emergency) and Les had to fly back to Poland to get a paddle shock redone AND the extra $100 each because we didnt realize
we had to print out the boarding pass ourselves 2 hours prior to the flight
stress on our vacation ????? nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
