I am wondering if you that live close in Ensenada, could give me a couple of Names that is highly recommended, that do FM3, I have a couple of names but would like your reference, and please include phone # and address.

I Also HIGHLY recomend Blanca very professional. I'd stay away from that lady who advertises in the Baja Times Topete or something like that. It's not that she's not good but she's VERY expensive.
Blanca just charged me $85.00 US to renew my FM-2.
Shes great and speaks good English.

My husband and I also highly recommend Blanca Medina. We've used her for years and she has always handled everything in a professional and efficient manner. Her fees for her services are also very reasonable.

PS... The office she occupies is located on the ground floor in the north east corner of this stip mall. Depending on the day and time, parking is usually available.
