Dave, I don't know but I think it relates to a first name and not ejido. I met a women sometime ago that claimed she was the owner and had plans to develope the area into a hotel for backpackers. Later I heard she had cancer and things have been going "downhill" eversince. There used to be a watchman guarding the area (Adriana" and the cabin was in pretty good shape. But no more

Most commonly called Kennedy Cove and Zepplin, they are owned by the Kennedy family. Some of the family are involved in the commercial fish business with fish stores etc. Another part is "rumored" to be not so industrious and legal.
The area around Kennedy down to Arbolítos is a hotbed of smuggleing activity. There won't be any legitimate development around there untill some permanent changes are made.

It's a beautiful coastline.
