I have been sending photos to Baja Nomads recently using Photobucket and I am having problems.
I use the "img code" to send the photos and then paste the results on the box where I send messages. The "img, http" codes come up in the nomad message box, I click "preview" and sometime the photos come up but I cannot add messages. When I send multiple photos and scroll down the page to "img" I click "cut" and then paste to the nomad box and click preview and most of the times not all the photos appear but the "img, http" code appears.
I am probably not explaining myself clearly but thats the best I can do. Any comments, help is appreciated;)

It's possible there is an error which you can check by scanning the code to see it's correct. Also sometimes it takes time to load the image, in the mean time the code appears. To enter text you must click outside the code with the cursor to set an entry point and then type, you may also have to wait a moment as the code is loading the image, your computer could be busy. You're getting ahead of yourself, keep at it.

I use Photobucket to insert images into Nomad messages all the time and have not had problems. In Photobucket ("Share Images") I click on "Direct Link" and that immediately copies the link to the photo into the clipboard. Then when I "Post Reply" to a Nomad message I click on the little "Insert an Image" icon (it's the fourth icon from the right, with a picture of a mountain and a sun) and then paste (CTRL-V) the link into the message box, and hit "Enter". That inserts the correct text into your message. It seems to always work for me.

I also use photobucket to post my photos.
I use the same method as Ken, with the following exception:

chose the photo in bucket, go to the bottom line of the photo links, click on it with your left mouse button. Then press ctrl-C.
In another window, on Nomads, type your message, press enter, then
ctrl-V.
Sometimes you have to read the photo link on the post because you may already have a photo in the memory (of the cut and paste), and that one will post instead.
Forget the Nomad's img. http's, etc. You don't need to use those.

I forgot to add to the above post:

It helps if you have the two windows open side-by-side...i.e. minimize each window (photobucket in one and Nomads on the other). Then you can visualize the procedure each time.
