1.) What is the scale of the newest Baja Almanac? I often use a map wheel in Baja and on my last trip down could not for the life of me find the
scale printed in the almanac. Seems like it should be right in the front. We estimated 250K to 1?
2.) If the scale IS listed, where the hell is it?

Why would someone NOT want to list scale on a map? What's the motivation there? Seems a bit like publishing a cookbook without measurements.

What is this "GPS" machine of which you speak? Is it some sort of sextant? A newfangled compass per chance? Alas, I might be too old school to ever

------even better, coordinate/plot your GPS "waypoints" on the pages of the almanac. I bought at SPORTS LTD here in Redding, CA a template named
WAYPOINTER (made by "waypoint enterprises")that works great.
