Is anyone aware of a "sindicatura office or reporting form for anywhere besides Tijuana/Ensanada?
Seems to be a huge uptick of fake traffic tops in Constitution.
BPE lists 40 some recent events.

Maybe contact the TJ Sindicatura and they can point you in the right direction....I've looked around and personally couldn't find anything in your
area.
