Hola, my rental agreement contains a 3 1/2 % annual inflation factor.
is anyone aware of what the annual inflation rate currently is in baja sur, east cape area or where i can go to find it ?
obviously, if the rate is lower than the 3 1/2 % contracual price, i will need ammunition to dispute this, in a polite manner.
