We might want to hire a panga at Bahia Los Angeles and do some fishing. Are fishing licenses still available at Guillermo's? I can get it online but
it would be a waste if we change our plans. I understand the gas station no longer sells them.

I just fished with Igor and I think they may still be available but why run that risk? They are good for a year from the date of purchase or actually
for the year period that you specify.
