Volaris shuttle San Diego to Tijuana

Has anyone used the Volaris shuttle for the La Paz flight that leaves Tijuana at 9:30AM? Looking at the Volaris website they show a shuttle schedule for each flight, for this one they show a departure from San Diego at 10:45PM! I guess that's the only one that meets their 3 hour before departure time frame.

It also shows a 6:45am departure from San Diego. I've never taken the shuttle so I don't know how long it takes, but I can't imagine it takes more than an hour or so. That would be plenty early enough for the La Paz flight.

Anyone have experience with this? I usually just drive to the TJ airport so I don't know the shuttle timeframes.

I haven't taken their Shuttle since the La Paz flight changed to 9:30. The shuttle ride to the airport is usually only 20-30 minutes. My kids are taking it tomorrow morning and I told them to be at the bus depot by 6:00

We grabbed ours with more than 2 weeks notice for $185 R/T.

Heard that they had a 2 day special a couple of days ago LAP-TIJ for 99 pesos! Unfortunately I missed that one

Thanks, that's what I was hoping. Even leaving by 7:00 should be more than enough time, it doesn't take long to get through the TJ airport.

My wife is flying tomorrow, last minute trip with no advance notice so it's pricey, about $380 RT. They do have a sale going on right now, I booked a couple of tickets for mid-September at aproximately $130 each roundtrip.

I was online last night trying to book that trip but it only showed my fare in pesos and it won't charge my US credit card the pesos amount. I don't have a Mx credit card and couldn't get it to charge dollars. I wonder if it is because I am in Mx?

That seems strange that it won't charge your card in pesos. Maybe try changing the "Country of Purchse". There's a drop down to select that in the box where you choose the flights and dates. If you change it to "Rest of World" the prices come out in USD.
