Update - as noted below, issue with attaching files is now resolved, and attachments are now limited by the forum software to 50kb in file size.

Photo posting issue is now resolved.
I killed two birds with one stone... as not only did I find the problem with the images attaching, I also found that there was code already written
(and well-hidden) limiting the file size... so I adjusted that # accordingly. Max file size for attachments is now 50KB.
