Homemade Ice Cream in Asuncion....yummy

Small businesses are popping up this time of year...here is my favorite of the week. Our amigo Rudy has opened a dessert stand next to Galeria Bahia up on the hill by the old panteon.

They make the most delicious homemade ice cream...banana is my favorite but the mango is pretty darn good too with chocolate syrup on it...8 pesos for a cone or cup. They also serve fruit c-cktails with granola and will be expanding to have a dessert buffet!!! wooohoooo.
we dont need no stinkin Baskin Robbins here!!!
