My buddy bought a b-tchin Panga for us to fish the Ostero's in Lopez Mateous. I was told because I am not on title of the boat, I can not be out alone
on the boat, is that true.
Anybody know if this is horse pucky or true.

I'll bet the Port Captain in San Carlos would consent to adding you to the boat registration if the owner gave permission. I don't think you can
change the factura without a sale statement.
