I'm sure that there is good advice on this board about how to get avatars, but I'm too lazy, tired, have to make to dinner to look.
Can you give a little advice to an avatar amateur?

I tried this, but a thumbnail photo turned into 205248 bytes, (1030 x 677 pixels). Is this too big? How do I reduce it?
