NAME THAT FISH

Pompano - 9-10-2010 at 04:30 PM

For the last couple of months I've been fishing a lot of fresh-water lakes and streams around the US and Canadian countrysides. Mostly goofing off, but I learned a few new things about some freshwater fish species in the process.

Anyhoo....I got to thinking that maybe a little quiz is in order. I have always liked these impromtu quizzes.

This one is going to be about freshwater fish names.

Can you NAME THAT FISH?

(NOTE..There are NO trick fish in this quiz. Some are big..some are small. They are all legit.)

having never seen one in person, i'd say #14 is a rainbow trout.

Hey, congrats to all the good choices...and a lot of correct ones, too.

However...there are still 4 fish left to identify.

Hint: one of these has the same name as an old western movie star.
