Does anybody have PERSONAL knowledge (first or second-hand) of Arturo Chayet, an ophthalmologist practicing in Tijuana? If so, please advise.
FYI, I have done extensive Web research on him and have been in communication with his office several times, so I am only seeking input from those who
know him (or of him) personally.

Dr. Chayet was referred to me by the Shiley Eye Center in San Diego about 10 years ago. He had a laser that had not yet been approved by the FDA
(since then, it has). I had my laser eye surgery done by him. I'd been wearing thick glasses since fifth grade. Day after surgery----perfect
vision. Has been perfect since, except for beginning to need reading glasses. This is part of the normal aging process (dammit!) and nothing bad to
do with the surgery. Many folks in my office had the same surgery done by him. He is highly respected worldwide. If you have any other questions I
can answer, would be happy to.....
