Jeff: What do you want for the house?

In discussion of the house, you will see I encourage group ownership. For most working, it is difficult (depending on means) to do it alone. On the other hand, and common here, three of four friends use it all together or as they can. Over time, someone has another child or whatever, and invariably the home belongs to the one who enjoys it the most. (This all, of course if you were hoping for something appreciably less).

Another approach is to take any of the vacant lots offered (same website) and let it become totally you and yours over time. Security is easy. Transportable homes (trailers, etc.) are a common beginning. Complete with base station VHF and not much more for fishing parties, they become a wonderful home away from home. Admission ticket to the Baja that only gets better. Although for many years I flew here, I've been driving now for 10, to San Diego (last home in the states) 3-4 times a year, routine medical. For fishing, you become real efficient at the drive. You'll find yourself here more than you ever would expect.

Hope this helps. Kindly, feel free to talk with me. Jeff
