I've been trying to reach the owner of the Mailboxes etc in Cabo for a few days - they don't respond to emails and phone calls are an adventure as I
call and they say 5 minutes- I'm in the States so I wait and call in 5 minutes and get an answering machine.
In any case they advertised that I could get an account at a mailboxes etc. In San Ysidro and they would forward it on to the mailboxes etc in Cabo
where I could pick it up. so far no confirmation and I'm coming in November for a year while we build so I'm looking for ways to get mail to La Paz.
How do you get your mail or do you read magazines, or worry about tax notices, w-2's, bills etc. when you take the Mexico plunge?

It's possible to get mail at any address, the closer to a mail station the better. Why not find an address of a friend and try sending mail there. You
can also use a marina if you are associated with a boat.
