My only actual facts on your query are:
As of earlier this year, Alfonso Cuesta was still at the Hacienda and Adrian made up some coax cable for me next door. We visited throughout the
winter and up until late spring.
The hotel restoration, courtesy of the last hurricane, was coming along nicely. It should be operational.
Since then, I have been north.... and have heard no scuttlebutt over the coconut telegraph.
I'll check up when I get back in 2-3 weeks.

. . .Should be landing in Mulege 1 P.M. Friday Oct. 15th and on to the Hacienda for a few days. . .Thanks for the reply!!!
