TJ taquilia festival Sunday 10/10???

I heard a rumor there will be a tequila festival downtown Tj tomorrow, 10/10. Can anyone confirm this? I need to know for medicinal purposes and any information will be appreciated by my brain but hated by my liver.

This used to be a two week festival...now downsized to 4 days...bummer!

Anyone able to help me out. Last year there was a brand of very good tequila that started with a "D" and I cannot for the life of me find the name. It is a small company and I have not seen it in stores, but everyone raved about it.
