I may need a brief consultation with a real estate attorney who is experienced with residential property leases (landlord tenant law) and who is in or
not far from Ensenada. I came across some recommendations, in 2009, for real estate attorneys in Rosarito in connection with a land OWNERSHIP

The only Mexican attorney/realator I know and trust is in Rosarito working out of San Antonio del Mar. He builds, sells and rents properties. He
speaks perfect English and you can contact him from his website. He'll know who Woooosh is, he built our house. http://www.urrearealty.com/
