On the corner just west of the Hotel Brenda and the Deli on Juarez, Professional Chefs Fabian Bonzi & Silvia Barba have opened a delightful
European bakery called Panoli. Fabian began gastronomy in 2000 with his family serving a region from Mendoza Argentina to La Paz Bolivia. In years
to follow, he has variously continued his education and practice in Tijuana, Puerto Penasco Sonora, & Barcelona Spain. He came to the little town
of Loreto in 2008 following invitation to continue his practice at the Mision Hotel. Fortunate for Loreto, Fabian has fulfilled his dream of
presenting fine cakes, pastries and breads to include cinnamon rolls from his own business. Not your usual panaderia. Hot from the ovens at 8
