Another robbery/hijacking of a raceteam rig near Playas TJ also. I'll keep my eyes a little more open driving to La Mision tonight! A few new pieces of noticias muy malo!

fandango - 10-22-2010 at 02:09 PM

bajabass - 10-22-2010 at 02:38 PM

bajabass - 10-22-2010 at 02:41 PM

Sorry, false alarm, the date is from the incident in 07. My apologies!!! I don't know why they still post 3 year old stories!

"Lest We Forget"...............No apologies necessary.

bajabass - 10-22-2010 at 02:50 PM

Thanks Dennis. At the bottom of the link, I clicked on related "news", old news that is. I hope the skipper recovers fully and soon.

surfer jim - 10-22-2010 at 02:51 PM

Wow.....was looking for more news on this and nothing to be found. Thanks for the correction.

bajabass - 10-22-2010 at 02:57 PM

I'm glad I rechecked and saw the date the second time. I don't want to scare anyone, or start bad Baja stories going around. I'm going every week regardless, but there is more than enough legit bad news.

If that were true wouldn't they have kept him in custody? As a licensed Skipper, he has to pass the whizz quiz often.

Just passing on bad information like everyone else.
I should have checked the 2007 date

However I was at the Bisbee and it looked like everything was bisness as usual.

There have been 3 or 4 of these incidents in San Lucas in the last 4 years. Never on the Corridor and never in San Jose. Why do they always involve single NOB men, late at night in downtown San Lucas?
