I am posting this as a favor to my landlord who has a palapa available for lease in the little village of El Juncalito, 18 miles south of Loreto and
about 2 miles north of Puerto Escondido. this rustic area on the Sea of Cortez (El Chenque Bay) is perfect for fishers, boaters, outdoor enthusiasts.
it has one large bathroom, a large enclosed bedroom, a small bodega and an outside kitchen area (gringo improvements needed) with a covered open air
living area. there is room for a small trailer or camper beside the enclosed area. it is the third property back from the beach, private and very
secure as the landlord also lives on the property year round. I've lived in another place there now for five years and have been very satisfied. we
are off the grid, but have water and garbage in the village.
he is asking 3000/year.
