I have space in a nice house in the Agua Caliente area of TJ. It is a 5 bedroom house and there is a room with a bath or one with a shared bath.
There is on street parking. All the utilities including wifi, laundry, mex and us phone numbers.
I am a single dad with a 12 year old son. It is a very nice area and near about everything including a brand new walmart. the room with a bath is
$200 and the one without a bath is $175 per month.

I am not sure if it is. I am renting it so I do not know too much about the area. It is up the street from a Calimax and a large private school at a
traffic circle on Las Americas if that is familiar to you.
