SENTRI Vehicle Lane at Calexico East Port Open

Good news for all of us AZ travelers with SENTRI. The SENTRI lane at Calexico East is now open for BIZ.

I would like to know if anyone uses it if there is a safe place to drop off non SENTRI passengers that will walk across?

I will be going down next week for about a week and if I don't hear anything I will drop off my son and let him fend for himself to find the best path.
