Does anybody know the whereabouts of Nigel and Maria Richard? In the mid 1990's they owned a home in Ensenada. As I recall the home was previously
owned by a retired Mexican military general. (I also believe that they owned a rental home in Southern California.) We were previously friends and

That sounds about right. 646 is Ensenada. It's been a long time since I called here from there....maybe forever.
